An assessment can take the form of a small evaluation of the current position of the organisation or a more in-depth assessment of the enterprise’s diversity and inclusion capabilities. To undertake a detailed assessment an approach is defined and agreed with the client. It can include employee surveys, focus groups, 1:1s and other forms of assessment and evaluation.
